Holiday Pay - Unlawful Deductions

If you have underpaid an employee’s holiday pay the employee can claim deductions for up
to 2 years.  This is as a claim for ‘unlawful deductions’ from wages.

This law applies to all ‘workers’ who are also entitled to holiday pay.

Make sure that you holiday payments and employee records are all up to date to protect your business.
