2. Breathe

Why is breathing good for you?

The CoronaVirus is an illness that can affect your lungs and airways.

Our cells need oxygen to convert the nutrients we eat into energy for our bodies.
Breathing provides with us with oxygen and it also gets rid of carbon dioxide.
So why could breathing deeply, gives us benefits?
I have noticed deep breaths are more beneficial, they slow down the heartbeat, lower blood pressure, and are incredibly powerful for anxiety, stress and panic attacks.

I have anxiety and health anxiety.
I manage my anxiety with my own strategies, that work.
My panic attacks were a complete body shut down(passing out).
I use my anxiety as my alchemy to motivate to serve others, with an abudance of energy and conquering fear.

My perception is that breathing deeply during exercise helps you avoid injury.
It also stimulates our mind to give us clarity and focus, eradicating negativity.

Learning to breath deeply and keeping our airways open longer will help our lungs to function efficiently.

All we need to do is practice daily and make this a ritual for our own survival, not just now, forever.

Why should we all become aware of Deep Breathing?
The brain receives messages to calm down
Lower heart rate
Lower blood pressure
Less muscle tension
Less stress
Less Panic Attacks
Less Anxiety
Less Fear
Less Depression

Try it!
